PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Privacy policy

Learn what information the Bulyap.io publishing panel processes and how it is used.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Bulyap.io is the management panel Bulyap.com uses to prepare and store its content and to publish it on authorized social media accounts. Contact: bulyap.bulyap@gmail.com.

Information we process

We keep panel usernames, password hashes, session and sign-in security records; the photos and videos you upload; captions, selected accounts and boards; publication times and publication results. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Social account connections

When you connect an account, the platform’s own authorization screen opens. Your social media password is never given to Bulyap.io. The access and refresh tokens received after authorization are stored encrypted in a non-public part of the server. The account name, account ID, required board information and connection status may be shown in the panel.

The Pinterest connection is used to verify the identity of the @bulyapcom account, list its own boards, send the image/video Pins you approve to the board you select, and read the publication result of those Pins. This connection is not used to read other people’s private data or to manage advertising campaigns.

Use and transfer of information

Media files are kept in a Cloudflare R2 archive; application records and connection information are kept on a Hostinger server. When you approve a post, the selected media, caption and links are sent to the relevant social platform. Connecting an account does not by itself publish old drafts or pending plans. Users and assistants you authorize in the panel can access your content with the permissions assigned to them.

Retention and deletion requests

Once every post that uses a media file has been published and no pending plan uses it, the file is automatically deleted from our archive 30 days after its last publication; published content stays on the social platforms. Publication records may be kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Access tokens are used to maintain the connection and to make the publications you authorize. You can disconnect your account from the platform’s app permissions at any time. To request deletion of your data or connection information stored in Bulyap.io, write to the contact address above. Content already published must also be removed on the social platform itself.

Session information

Necessary session cookies are used to keep you signed in and to check the security of requests. A cookie is also used to remember your language choice on this page. The privacy policies and content rules of the platforms you connect also apply.
